She has spent her lifetime pursuing true health in her own life, and has empowered and motivated others in their own pursuit of wellness along the way. Committed to a natural way of life and helping others in their commitment, she is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition. Amy believes in the power of being equipped with knowledge to make healthy choices, and her goal is to educate others with this crucial information.
In modern society individuals face a myriad of roadblocks to good health: stress, poor eating habits, lack of exercise and toxicity in the world around us to name a few.
